Difficulties I Can Help With

People seek psychological therapy for any number of reasons. Whilst I would see everyone I work with as unique and don't rely on the use of diagnostic labels, people often come to me with difficulties described as:

Depression or low mood

Anxiety, panic, phobias or worry

Anger or other emotional problems

Attachment problems or separation anxiety in children

Behavioural problems in children or teenagers

School avoidance

Sleeping difficulties

Family or relationship problems

Addiction or substance misuse problems

These are a few examples of the ways people seeking therapy, or people around them, might describe their difficulties. If you are unsure if I can help, I would invite you to give me a call and talk it over on the phone. I offer a free 30 minute consultation and if it seems that I am not the best person to work with you, I will always support you to try and find a person or service who can help.
